Welcome to this spring awakening, retreat day held on the Beltane weekend. This is a heart opening day of stillness, connection , releasing movement and gongs. A chance to let go of your responsibilities and just BE you as you awaken into the fullness of spring and release what no longer serves

This retreat aims to let go of what weighs us down and tap into what lifts us up.. warming up from the inside out, leaving you with a sense of calm and 'INNER GLOW'.

This full-day retreat will include:

  • A grounding/ settling meditation. Putting down what no longer serves us and setting positive intentions

  • Gentle mindful movement on the ground to step into the body, to drop down from the whirlwind mind, releasing energy blockages which can lead to low emotions, shifting into tapping and shaking to free expression of our boldest selves

  • A 45-minute deep, meditation/ relaxation. Lie down in your nest of blankets as I guide you through a deep letting-go meditation

  • Mindful eating. I invite you to enjoy some delicious plant-based food from the crow spotter chef. Nourishing the body from the inside

  • Mindful walking with guidance indoors and freer mindful walking outdoors connecting with nature

  • Cacao circle, heart-opening chanting, journalling and sharing in circle

  • Followed by an amazing gong bath by vibrant, beautiful soul Viv an hour to deeply release all that has come up throughout the day...lie back and be healed by the immersive sound of the gongs

Closing sharings and intentions

You will leave the day with warm hearts, happy tummies, focused minds and energised bodies, empowered to be fully you.

This day is suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or for those with a practice in place,
