Our second 'Autumn Serenity Retreat' is a day of relaxation in a tranquil setting where through movement, mindset and meditation you will feel rejuvenated and at peace.
If you aren't such a fan of the winter months as well, we will help you by showing you how to embrace the seasons and make them work for you. Trust me, we prefer the spring and summer, but there is magic in the autumn and winter months which we will share with you.
