Step into the new month with a Creative Mindful Journaling Workshop. A morning retreat starting with a autumnal, mindful walk in nature, followed by a session of mindfulness, journaling and arts to improve your mental wellbeing.

This workshop will introduce you to the mindful art of journaling and teach you how best to incorporate it into your lifestyle, whether you want to take time daily, weekly or monthly to pause and engage in this therapeutic activity.

The workshop will last for 2hrs in a relaxed, intimate space. You will be guided through various prompts and exercises to help boost your inner self. You will be given a journal on the morning, which you will creatively and uniquely decorate and take home to continue your journaling practice.
