This Explore & Restore Yoga Day Retreat is a well-deserved treat for your mind and body. By combining mindfulness techniques, yoga, meditation and breath work, we will focus on letting go of the old and creating space for the positive, exciting new.
Expect to settle into deep relaxations, to flow with beautiful mindful movements, to find calm through conscious breathing and connect with others over a healthy, plant-based lunch – lovingly prepared by The Crow Spotter Café.

Hi! I'm Natalie and I've been teaching yoga since 2015. My passions are movement and mindset! I love providing yoga classes and retreats to anyone struggling with stress or finding time for themselves. My goal is to create a safe space for people to breathe and move mindfully, to de-stress, and live a happier and healthier life.
