Known as the Yoga of Awareness - Kundalini yoga combines movement, breathwork, mantra and meditation to work on all aspects of your body, mind and soul.

We will be systematically moving energy in every part of our body to bring about balance and positive change, and will finish with a meditation to bring tranquility and peace - the perfect way to relax into the weekend!  

Whether you have practised yoga of any kind before or if this is your first time you are very welcome to attend and your teacher Jo will be on hand to make sure your experience is enjoyable and that you leave feeling uplifted and radiant!
