Meditation is so needed nowadays and it is still such an underestimated tool for a calmer, better and healthier life. We have teamed up with The Retreat New Forest and Vegan Magda to present meditation basics and tips in the most relaxing and nourishing way.
Join this one of a kind evening in the beautiful natural surroundings of The Retreat - New Forest
This is a beautiful opportunity to learn some basics about meditation, to experience deeply immersive dynamic meditation, to meet like-minded people and eat the most delicious vegan dhal!
It doesn't matter if you're new to meditation and only heard about its benefits or maybe you're a regular practitioner and just a little addicted like us.
The evening will begin at 6pm with a short and informative talk by Anna & Magda sharing some basic information and tips on how to start and consistently carry on with a regular meditation practice. This will be followed by almost an hour of deeply nourishing relaxation and Dynamic Meditation led by Anna. Our night will finish with a delicious dhal and chai served by Vegan Magda (we encourage you to bring your own bowl and a mug, let's be eco) and an opportunity to share your experience with other like-minded people and ask questions.
The Introduction and Dynamic Meditation will be with the use of our incredible Silent Yoga UK headphones solution to help you remove any external distractions.
