These days, we have to take every opportunity we can to spend time with our families. With everyone being busy with their own things, it’s easy to get lost in all of our day-to-day tasks.
Jyoti will lead you through joyful practices to stretch, move, work together in partner poses, breathe together, sing, relax together offering parents, family members, and children the opportunity to have fun peacefully in a supportive, non-competitive environment. Yoga allows you to bring your family together with purpose. It heightens the quality of the connections that you build with your family. You will leave with practises that can be used at home.

Introducing Jyoti the newest addition to The Retreat Family! 🌟
We are thrilled to have her expertise and experience in offering therapeutic yoga practices to children, especially those with additional needs. The impact of Special Yoga extends far and wide, with practitioners delivering these valuable practices to children with special needs in countries such as Sri Lanka, Thailand, India, Mexico, Peru, Iceland, Spain, Senegal, Germany, Austria, Dubai, Australia, Nepal, Canada, and now @theretreatnewforest
In addition to global training programs, Jyoti has collaborated with the NHS, various education authorities, and clinical teams including OTs and physiotherapists, providing in-house training and implementing programs in schools.
We are privileged to have Jyoti as part of our team, and her passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with children resonates deeply with our values. We are looking forward to having some family yoga in our centre room!

If we have 4 bookings or under, the class will be unable to run. We will let you know 1 week before the date if needed.
