Let the body become still and the mind quiet as we focus on going deeper into relaxation.
Slow down into the festive season with an evening of gentle movement, restorative poses and relaxing meditation. We will calm the nervous system experiencing benefits including better sleep, improved mood and tension relief.
Stress can make us feel lethargic and sometimes cause physical pain, take an evening to take the pressure off, to breathe slowly, to move mindfully and restore balance to the body and mind.

6pm – Mindful Movement and Breathing Practice
7pm – Restorative Yoga Practice
8pm – Yoga Nidra
