 Last Wednesday of every month join Sue Easton for a deep stretch session to help advance your yoga practice or get you into one!  These sessions are fun & friendly open to all ages gender, level of fitness.  Proven to increase flexibility & mobility, help stiff backs & shoulders,  locked up hips and tight hamstrings.  

Her ‘Science of Stretching’ ™️ session are mind-body fitness for everyone.

You'll find some familiar yoga poses, but all are suitable for complete beginners & there is no incense, chanting or gurus.

  • There is focus on alignment, use of props & sequences are designed to help keep joints & circulation healthy.

  • Sessions are skills based & progressive to maximise motivation & results.

  • Flexibility techniques informed by leading research with science based breath work.

    Added benefits are stress management, mood balance, better sleep & posture

Sue trained in Hatha yoga at Vyasa Singapore, later qualifying as a Flexibility Coach and Trapeze instructor with Lucas Rockwood at YogaBody Teachers College.
