During this day retreat, you can immerse yourself in your yoga practice, play with some arm balance poses and re-balance the body and mind. Join your fellow yogis for a healthy lunch and experience the joy of a whole day that is just for you.
This yoga ‘Spring Balance’ retreat will help you refresh your mindset and reawaken the senses. Through a practice combining Yoga and Tai Chi movements, a mini arm balance workshop and guided meditation, you will have the space to re-connect with your inner self. A special opportunity to try new poses in a relaxed and fun environment while giving the body and mind time to unwind.

Hi! I'm Natalie and I've been teaching yoga since 2015. My passions are movement and mindset! I love providing yoga classes and retreats to anyone struggling with stress or finding time for themselves. My goal is to create a safe space for people to breathe and move mindfully, to de-stress and live a happier and healthier life.
