Find happiness & relaxtion in your day – Stress, anxiety and worry are endemic in our busy, fast paced life. It is hard to give yourself the time and space needed to relax and let go of the thoughts that cause our anxiety and exhaustion. Learning how to relax, find inner peace in your day is essential for wellbeing and mental health.
In this workshop, Andrew de Selincourt and Emily Danby will help you discover your ability to find a few moments of peace in meditation, and then to learn to consistently revisit this. Over time you will learn how to deepen, lengthen and expand the experience. You will discover how a few moments of inner peace in the day will give us an inner balance and sense of well-being to live a more peaceful and relaxed way of life.
